Founded in 1983,Shanghai
pengpu General Factory of Rubber products(PENGPU) is specialized
in the manufacture of engineering rubber products including
bridge bearings and expansion joints,rubber waterstop,etc.,which
are widely applied in key projects like the famous Yangpu Bridge
and Xupu Bridge across the Huangpu River and Metro Lines 1 and
2 in shanghai,and No.2 Bridge across the Yangtze River in Nanjing,Now
the products have almost covered 30 provinces,cities and municipalities
all around China and also African countries and so on.
In strict compliance with Standards JT/T4-93 and JT391-1999
issued by the Ministry of Communication of PRC,PENGPU manufactures
elastomeric laminated plate bearings for highway bridges of
Series GJZ,GJZF4,GYZ, GYZF4,and elastomeric pot bearings of
Series GPZ,including all accessories.SPRP can manufacture not
only expansion joints for bridges of Series GQF-C and GQF-MZL
in accordance with the standard JT/T327-1997,but also all kinds
of waterstops in accordance with the standard GB 18173,and elastomeric
bearings comply with BS5400,the British Standard,AASHTO,the
American Standard,and standards of other countries.
PENGPU has established the total quality control system
in compliance with ISO9001,and has been authenticated by DNV
for ISO9001 Quality System. |
